My PD Fit classes incorporate functional, PD-specific adaptive movement, which will help make activities of daily living easier and more enjoyable. We focus on balance and stability, flexibility, fall prevention, cardiovascular training, voice, and cognition.

I am not here to preach to you about what you should or shouldn’t be doing, but to give you the information and tools you need to make informed sustainable choices that you can adhere to.
I am patient, understanding and have empathy for my clients. This health stuff is hard to conquer, often it’s not a “knowing” issue but much deeper than that, we have to challenge our belief systems and dig around in our brains to be able to make positive changes. I believe it’s totally a life long process, with constant tweaks needed. Let’s be kind to ourselves and enjoy the ride.
