I am qualified through AUT, am a REPs registered Personal Trainer and take my professional development seriously, frequently seeking extra learning opportunities.
My sessions generally include a mix of traditional and progressive exercises to get you feeling strong, healthy and pain free.
I offer a free consultation session so I can take a detailed look into your goals and health and injury history.
We work through a movement appraisal together and then do a structural assessment. Once this has been completed and we align on where you’re heading, sessions can begin.
