I’m not here to preach to you about what you should or shouldn’t be doing, I will give you the information and tools you need to make informed sustainable choices. Together we can find the fun in exercise, personal development, food and ultimately your LIFE.

I will support, motivate and encourage you to achieve the goals that you set yourself.

I believe that building in daily movement and improving your nutrition leads to a more fulfilled life. Improved health enables you to deal with stress more effectively, have more energy; reduce and hopefully eliminate current illnesses, aches and pains.

My sessions are varied and tailored to your specific needs, designed so you can achieve the  results you desire. I focus on supporting you to tweak current habits, make improvements and learn new skills in a personal and positive environment.

I am based at a personal training studio in Auckland CBD. My current studies have me looking at Functional Aging, on completing a C.H.E.K Institute course on the different training considerations for women and looking into bowel health.

I am on my own health journey and I look forward to connecting with you on yours.
