Movement coaching will facilitate an improvement in your physical, mental and emotional health.
Our bodies like to move, and love variety. Movement coaching is a long term plan to keep your body functioning optimally.
We start by working on quality of movement, and then add quantity with quality. Once we are noticing progression we start adding loaded movements to build strength and stamina.

Each session begins with a movement appraisal to assess where your body is at on the day.

I want to stress how important exercise is, it’s the gold standard treatment for Parkinson’s Disease – medication and exercise.
Yes this is going to be tough but you can live a good life after diagnosis and you can empower yourself against progression by doing specific daily movement.
